What You’ll Do
- Build & Own: You’ll design, develop, and deploy features across the entire stack (frontend & backend), taking full ownership from idea to implementation.
- Collaborate & Lead: You’ll work closely with founders and the core team to bring ideas to life, guiding technical decisions and shaping the product roadmap.
- Innovate & Scale: Help us scale and optimize our systems while experimenting with new technologies and solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Impact: You’ll be part of every critical stage of our growth journey, driving change and seeing the tangible results of your work.
What You’ll Need
- Proven Experience: 5+ years as a full stack developer, with a solid track record of delivering scalable web applications.
- Tech Stack Expertise: You’re comfortable across the stack, from frontend (React, React Native) to backend (Node.js, ). You know your way around databases (MongoDB, Redis) and cloud services (Atlast, AWS).
- Adaptability: You thrive in environments where change is the only constant, and you’re not afraid to tackle unknown challenges head-on.
- Startup Mindset: You’re entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited by the idea of working on multiple aspects of the product. You can move fast without losing sight of quality.
- Ownership: This is not a 9-to-5 job; we need someone who is all-in, willing to own their role, and take full responsibility for delivering high-quality work on time
